Warehouse/Delivery Driver

The Driver / Warehouse Assistant supports the Store Manager by performing tasks required for successful store operations.
He/she is responsible for warehouse duties including stocking, facility neatness/cleanliness, and loading, delivering, and unloading product to customer sites and between store locations, as necessary.
Also, he/she may assist the Counter Sales Associates and Store Managers in the day to day basic functions of the store.
Facilities Management:
Proactively maintains store appearance and cleanliness.
Responsible for organization and tidiness of store yard Inventory and Order Fulfillment:
Processes customer order requests, which may include pulling stock from shelves and packaging.
May assist in taking inventory Customer Service:
Presents a positive attitude to all customers, anticipates their needs, and provides solutions that guarantee their satisfaction with CTIS.
Accepts returned stock and processes credit memos for warranty and/or unused items.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Responsible for ensuring that company vehicles are being properly maintain for both safety and appearance.
Brings concerns to the attention of the Store Manager immediately Fills out daily log report and maintenance checklist.
Sales Delivery:
Verifies, unloads and delivers customer orders and intra-company transfers using company vehicles, according to company guidelines Ensures no product damage during delivery or loading/unloading.
Reports any order discrepancies immediately to store manager Records pickups and maintains daily records Follows company guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency General Support:
Assists Store Manager as needed.
