The position:
The Regional District Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the regional office.
This individual will be responsible for the following duties and
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct all employees at all locations.
Ensure teams provide outstanding service and satisfied guests.
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of goals and objectives Manage and oversee all activities at all locations.
Serve as a liaison between the managers and CEO.
Direct the hiring process for site managers.
Coordinate with site managers regarding project needs and requirements.
Manage budget and expenses for each location.
Ensure that all employees are performing their duties in accordance with CleanHub Car Wash policies and procedures.
Ensure GMs are planning and taking appropriate action to achieve company standards and objectives.
Provide leadership to the team in an effective manner by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that all employees are performing at their highest level of performance.
Experience:
Seven (7) years Management experience preferred.
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or marketing or equivalent experience.
Other
Qualifications:
Adaptable to a variety of situations.
A leader who can collaborate with team members using a positive attitude.
Dedicated to operational excellence.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
License Certification:
Driver's License required.
