We also offer a full line of engineering and fabrication services.
We have extensive inventory offering Same Day Shipments and maintain a broad array of manufacturing equipment allowing for Same Day Fabrication Services.
We are looking for a full time administrative assistant.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Invoicing orders using Company's computer software Receiving purchase orders into Company's computer software Filing various paperwork Assist sales personnel with various day to day activities Answering phones part of the day Process credit memos Process freight claims Employee will receive on the job training.
Qualified applicant must be comfortable speaking on the phone, have basic math skills, and be comfortable following instructions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
