Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or by telephone and answering company inquiries.
Essential Functions:

) Answers phone calls and directs caller to appropriate associate.
Greets visitors, ensure proper documentation to be ITAR compliant, and directs them to the appropriate location within the facility.
Reconciles hours daily, prepares time & attendance weekly for payroll etc.
sorts weekly paychecks Assists the HR Manager with the following:
Audits all insurance invoices for each employee ensuring accuracy and enrollment Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance and working overtime as assigned.
Retrieves, sorts, and forward's incoming mail.
Orders all office and kitchen supplies and tracks inventory.
Stocks break room accordingly.
Orders flowers, lunches, gift baskets, and other items when necessary.
Help plan company events Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
Required Experience and Education Business administration experience or other related classes.
Previous experience as an administrative role supporting Human Resources.
Strong sense of urgency and accuracy required.
Strong communications skills.
Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office, as well as a factory setting.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to odors, fumes, dust or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Proper PPE will be provided.

Ability to write clearly and cohesively, and to present information effectively both orally and in writing.
