This role involves traveling to various trade show locations, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and ensuring the impeccable presentation of our exhibit.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Exhibit Duties (60%) Booth Construction and Deconstruction:
Responsible for the assembly and disassembly of tradeshow booths according to specifications and guidelines.
Ensure that booth setups are visually appealing and meet company standards.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain demos and exhibit components.
Ensure all elements are in top condition before and after each event.
Crate Management:
Organize and manage crates and demos, ensuring they are properly packed, labeled, and ready for transportation to and from trade show locations.
Reset crates/demos upon return from shows.
Attention to Detail:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of booth setup, maintenance, and demo presentation.
Ensure that each exhibit reflects the company's standards of excellence.
Repair and Troubleshooting:
Ability to troubleshoot and fix any issues or damages to demos or exhibit components.
Ensure all equipment and demos are in working order.
Organization:
Maintain an organized inventory of booth components, tools, and materials.
Keep detailed records of inventory and maintenance activities.
Electrical and Mechanical Inspection:
Inspect electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and safely Other duties and responsibilities (40%) Receiving:
Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents against packing lists, and ensuring their accuracy.
Shipping:
Assist in shipping drum motors including exhibit components.
Unloading and loading:
Help unload incoming shipments including exhibit components from delivery vehicles and load outgoing shipments onto carriers.
Building pallets and crates as instructed Assisting the service department when needed Requirements:
Previous experience in tradeshow exhibit setup, booth construction, or related fields preferred.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix any issues or damages to demos or exhibit components.
Flexibility to work evenings, and weekends, and travel to various trade show locations within the US as needed Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs and comfortable with physically demanding tasks associated with booth setup and maintenance Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while setting up and tearing down the equipment.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Forklift certification/experience Valid driver's license, and clean drivers abstract.
